  • 1 pint ARCTIC ZERO Strawberry Shortcake, softened
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 pint fresh strawberries, sliced

Serving Size

Servings: Yields 6 slices


  1. Line a 9″ x 5″ loaf pan with parchment paper and spray with canola oil.

  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the almond flour, vanilla extract, coconut oil and water until it can be formed into a dough ball.

  3. Press the dough down into the bottom of your prepared pan.

  4. In a large bowl, combine the fresh strawberries and Arctic Zero. Spread evenly into the pan.

  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours until hardened.

  6. Slice and serve.
