Issues with products bought in store should be handled at the store they were purchased. ARCTIC ZERO does not provide reimbursements directly to consumers.
If there are quality control issues, please include pictures of the issue(s) as well as pictures of the bottom of the outside of the pint(s) and pictures of your receipt(s) (must be a clear and unedited picture of the entire receipt; date and store name/location must be visible as well as the products being purchased). All cases are handled individually and response times may vary depending on volume. It may take up to 5 full business days to receive a reply.
