Thick Chocolate Peanut Butter Milkshake
Exactly as the name sounds... and it doesn't even taste 'diet'!
1 tbsp low-carb Peanut Butter (I used Trader Joe's Valencia Peanut Butter w/ Roasted Flaxseeds)
Just under a 1/4 C Whey Protein Powder (French Vanilla flavor - unsweetened)
4 ice cubes
1/3 C Unsweetened Almond Coconut Milk
1 packet of sugar substitute
Blend together for a minute or two, until smooth, and enjoy!
